On the August 2012 Civic Holiday long week-end, the PCYC Family Cruisers headed out to the Royal Hamilton Yacht Club. Thirteen boats in attendance with about 16 kids on board called for a fun filled and exciting week-end. To see all the details watch this video!
The Port Credit Yacht Club Cruise Committee organizes many club cruises throughout the year. The video below is the family oriented cruise on Canada Day to Fifty Point Conservation Area, Marina and Yacht Club. We had 18 boats and 34 kids attend the long week-end cruise.

Comments after enduring a 36 hour, tropical depression on the Atlantic Ocean, offshore of the coast of Jacksonville Florida. We were about 100 miles offshore. The is was one of Peter’s first time ever on a sail boat. A crazy adventurer who said it would be a piece of cake.
Perfect conditions on our offshore sail from New York to Florida, November 2008. The winds were 15 to 25 knots, on the starboard quarter, broad reaching the whole way on 5 to 8 foot swells. 929 nautical miles in 5 days and 3 hours.
